Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.

Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options. Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.

Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree A minimum 1 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.

Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.

Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
