Creative Components Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Molding Production to join our manufacturing team.

Location: Unit-3
Openings: 1
Qualification: Diploma / Degree / CIPET
Experience: 5–8 years in Automobile Industry (Injection Molding)

Key Responsibilities:

• Control production as per monthly and daily plans
• Daily planning as per sales demand & target vs actual tracking
• Resource and manpower planning (50+ operators)
• Injection molding process setup & troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with higher tonnage machines (up to 110T)
• New mold trials, reporting & SOP preparation
• Training team members on quality, efficiency, safety & 5S
• KPI monitoring – Production, Rejection, Rework & OEE
• ERP reporting, audit readiness & standard compliance
• Knowledge of hydraulics, hot runners, robots & all-electric machines
• Implementation of Kaizen, 5S & good manufacturing practices
