Position: Toolmaker Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making Experience: Minimum 6–8 Years (Injection Moulding Tool Making) Job Location: Bhosari, Pune Key Responsibilities: Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain injection moulding tools as per drawings. Troubleshoot mould-related issues such as flash, short shot, warpage, and dimensional defects. Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds. Perform tool trials, corrections, and modifications to meet quality requirements. Operate and maintain tool room machines (lathe, milling, surface grinding, EDM, etc.). Interpret mould drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth mould performance. Maintain tool history and maintenance records. Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the tool room. Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of injection mould design, materials, cooling systems, and hot runner systems . Hands-on experience in mould fitting, polishing, spotting, and assembly. Ability to analyze moulding defects and implement corrective actions. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
