Position: Toolmaker
Qualification: Diploma in Tool & Die Making
Experience: Minimum 6–8 Years (Injection Moulding Tool Making)
Job Location: Bhosari, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain injection moulding tools as per drawings.
• Troubleshoot mould-related issues such as flash, short shot, warpage, and dimensional defects.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of injection moulds.
• Perform tool trials, corrections, and modifications to meet quality requirements.
• Operate and maintain tool room machines (lathe, milling, surface grinding, EDM, etc.).
• Interpret mould drawings and ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth mould performance.
• Maintain tool history and maintenance records.
• Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the tool room.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of injection mould design, materials, cooling systems, and hot runner systems.
• Hands-on experience in mould fitting, polishing, spotting, and assembly.
• Ability to analyze moulding defects and implement corrective actions.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently.
