Role & responsibilities : Key Responsibilities Digital Marketing & Performance Campaigns Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social, display ads, performance, content and email marketing. Drive performance marketing to generate quality leads, reduce CPL, and improve ROI. Maintain and optimize the corporate website and landing pages for user engagement and conversion. Collaborate with influencers and manage online reputation and content marketing. Marketing Communications (MARCOM) & Offline Initiatives Coordinate OOH, print, radio, event branding, exhibitions, and community engagement programs. Develop compelling marketing collateral brochures, videos, presentations, and site branding. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints. Lead Generation & Sales Support Launch targeted campaigns for project launches and inventory movement. Align closely with the sales team to develop pitch decks, project presentations, and lead nurturing workflows. Use CRM systems (like HubSpot/Salesforce/Sell do etc.) to track campaign impact and lead progression. Agency & Vendor Coordination Work with creative, media buying, digital, and production agencies for campaign execution. Manage project timelines, creative briefs, media plans, and vendor negotiations. Analytics & Market Insights Track campaign KPIs traffic, CPL, CAC, lead quality, engagement, and conversion metrics. Perform market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to refine strategies.
