AM/ Manager- Franchise Sales

You should have at least 3+ years of experience in Channel Sales/Franchise Sales. The preferred locations for this position are Mumbai, Bangalore, or Chennai within the Logistics industry. As a Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of a top-tier franchise model. Your primary duties will include generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, onboarding new franchisees, and ensuring the growth and retention of franchise stores. Your role will be pivotal in expanding the franchise network by onboarding 50 new stores monthly and driving sustainable revenue growth across the franchise portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a robust lead generation strategy to attract potential franchise owners. - Managing the entire acquisition process from prospecting to closing, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads. - Utilizing various channels such as digital, networking, and referrals to reach potential franchisees. - Overseeing the onboarding process for new franchisees and ensuring their success. - Successfully onboarding a minimum of 50 new franchise locations every month. - Providing training, resources, and support to new franchise owners for a smooth transition into the business. - Creating retention strategies to maintain high levels of franchisee satisfaction and long-term success. - Implementing programs to support ongoing growth and profitability of each franchise, ensuring revenue sustainability. - Monitoring franchise performance, offering actionable insights and solutions to help franchisees achieve their business objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or managing franchise programs in the food, retail, or logistics industries. Additionally, you should possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills along with a graduation degree.,
