We’re Hiring – Assistant Manager (Maintenance – Plastic Injection Molding)

With 5 plants across India (Chennai, Vani, Greater Noida, Viramgam & Pune), we are committed to quality, safety, and innovation in the automotive manufacturing sector.

Location: Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu
Industry: Automotive / Ancillary / Manufacturing
Experience: 12+ years in Plastic Injection Molding / Automotive Manufacturing
Notice Period: 15–30 days (Buyout option available)
Working Days: 6 per week
Requirement: Candidate must own a vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimize machine downtime with effective maintenance strategies
• Implement Preventive & Predictive Maintenance Plans
• Drive energy saving & continuous improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with ISO/TS16949 & EMS14001 standards
• Lead & develop the maintenance team
• Manage spares, breakdowns & utilities
• Promote safety-first culture through training & best practices

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership & team management
• Expertise in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
• Knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 standards & safety protocols
• Problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Cross-functional coordination abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹1,440,000.00 per year
