Hiring

AM - Legal

responsible for monitoring legal risk in real estate documentation, preparing notices and replies to notices for property-related matters.

Salary

: INR 9,20,000 - 11,80,000 / year

Responsibilities

Review and draft and negotiate a wide variety of Property related Agreements including leases and lease related documents, leave and license, amenities agreements, brokerage, agreements, routine notices, termination letters and amendments.
Conduct/ review due diligence of title documents and ancillary lease documents and conclude diligence reports
Review and negotiate business contracts
Liaison with external lawyers for due diligence and any other property related matters.
Establish and maintain relationships by serving as a single point of contact for real estate matters.
Prepare notices and respond to legal notices related to the Property
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions.
Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
Ensuring that all property documentation is in line with the property laws and regulations and Company policies.
