ALS Supervisor

Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering, preferred Petroleum or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring Artificial Lift operated wells. Experience with ESP, SRP, Jet Pump & PCP would be beneficial

• Monitor well performance under ESP ,SRP, JP, PCP etc.
• Able to design SRP and ESP lifts. Should be capable to run softwares such as S-rod, rodstar, Prosper etc.
• Able to Install, maintain (including repair) and troubleshoot SRP’s, ESP’s ,JP etc.
• Able to maintain and troubleshoot SRP and ESP VFD’s.
• Should be able to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of failed equipment/system.
• Should be able to establish data communication with SCADA system. Well surveillance and troubleshooting through digital platform.
• Shall have to continuously interact with operations team for well performance and optimization.
• Able to plan and execute different types of SRP and ESP completion installations and workovers
• Undertake corrective measures to prevent well trips.
• Maintain well failure data and prepare business reports as per Company’s requirements.
• Should be able to interpret obtained liquid levels and dynacards, and recommend pump optimization. Should be able to conduct TDR surveys in ESP wells. Able to maintain and troubleshoot SRP and ESP VFD’s.
• Shall have to continuously interact with operations team for well performance and optimization.
• Able to plan and execute different types of rigless well interventions such as Slickline, ELine, SWT, CT.
• Maintain all the necessary records, not limited to, like preventive maintenance, tracking of liquid levels and dynacards etc. Should assist in bringing in best SOP across industry.
• Responsible for maintaining inventory for SRP/ESP/VFD/JP/ spares and appropriate replacement tenders planning.
• Understanding of electrical items, dimensions and measurement.
• Fluent in English and shall have good communication skill. Also, should be fluent in Hindi.
• Experience of working on MS office, specifically MS excel.
