AL/ML Developer

Looking for an ML/AI Engineer with strong NLP expertise, hands-on experience in transformers and LLM fine-tuning, and proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask, and REST APIs. The role involves integrating ML models into microservices, implementing MLOps practices, and working with cloud ML platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Additional advantage for experience with vector databases, search/recommendation systems, and basic data engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ML & AI Expertise:
Strong in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and document intelligence.

• Experience with text classification, entity extraction, OCR, embeddings, vector databases

Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning or prompt engineering for enterprise use
Experience with transformers (BERT, RoBERTa, LLaMA, GPT models) Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and semantic search 2. Engineering & Integration Skills Proficiency in Python, FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs. Experience integrating ML models into microservices architecture Understanding of MLOps: model versioning, monitoring, deployment (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI)
Familiarity with cloud ML stacks (AWS, Azure, GCP ) 3. Desirable Add-ons Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate) Experience building search/recommendation systems Basic data engineering (ETL pipelines, data cleaning for text and documents) Required Skills and Qualifications:
B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Expertise. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
