Job Description

Job Summary:

The All Rounder Chef is expected to independently handle the preparation of Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes while ensuring food quality, taste, and hygiene are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare starters, main courses, and basic desserts across cuisines.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Assist with kitchen planning, menu rotation, and food costing.
  • Handle kitchen equipment with care and follow safety protocols.
  • Provide support during buffets, banquets, or special functions.

Profile Requirements:

  • Culinary certification or equivalent experience in multi-cuisine kitchens.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in hotels or banquets.
  • Creative presentation skills and flavor balancing knowledge.
  • Familiar with FIFO, HACCP, and portion control.
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver consistent results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
