All-in-One Generative AI Expert (Pre to Post Production)

A. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Specialist who can manage the entire creative workflow — from pre-production to post-production — using the latest AI tools. The candidate should be able to generate, refine, and edit video, audio, and image content with precision, ensuring outputs meet professional brand standards.

B. Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production

• Develop AI-driven storyboards, scripts, and concept visualizations.
• Create pre-visualizations and test animations using AI tools.
• Collaborate with brand and content teams to align creative strategies.
  

2. AI-Generated Content Creation

• Produce AI-generated video content using tools such as Google Veo 3, OpenAI Sora, Runway Gen-3, and Pika Labs.
• Generate images and artwork using MidJourney v6, Stable Diffusion XL, and Adobe Firefly.
• Create AI-based voiceovers, dubbing, and sound design using ElevenLabs, OpenAI GPT-4o Voice, and Adobe Podcast.

3. Post-Production Editing

• Edit both AI-generated and live-action content using Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve Studio.
• Enhance projects with motion graphics and VFX through After Effects.
• Apply color grading, sound mixing, and finishing for professional delivery.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI outputs and manual edits.
  

4. Optimization & Delivery

• Format and optimize deliverables for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and brand-specific platforms.
• Use AI tools for subtitles, translations, metadata optimization, and accessibility improvements.
• Design high-quality posters, graphics, and thumbnails with AI support.

Strong expertise in:

• Video: Google Veo 3, OpenAI Sora, Runway Gen-3, Pika Labs
• Images: MidJourney v6, Stable Diffusion XL, Adobe Firefly
• Audio: ElevenLabs, OpenAI GPT-4o Voice, Descript, Adobe Podcast

Proficiency in editing tools:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Strong understanding of:

• Visual storytelling
• Editing rhythms and pacing
• Brand aesthetics and creative direction

D. Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional experience in AI content creation, video editing, or design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating AI-generated content and polished edits.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving AI tools and workflows.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
