Your Experience at a Glance :

We are looking for an Airtable Software Engineer to join the core TalentSync Platform engineering team at Straatix Partners our flagship no-code Talent Intelligence and Automation system that powers end-to-end recruitment and GCC delivery for global clients. In this role, you'll design, build, and scale advanced Airtable-based enterprise applications with deep data relationships, complex automations, and custom scripting. You'll also work closely with product, data, and workfl ow teams to transform business logic into robust Airtable architectures integrated with APIs, external systems, and real-time analytics . Straatix Partners helps global companies build and scale their India Centers of Excellence (GCCs) through data-driven talent advisory and automation. Our proprietary TalentSync Platform is an enterprise-grade system built on Airtable and custom APIs that orchestrates everything from sourcing and assessments to onboarding and HR operations. It integrates multiple SaaS tools (Zoho, Coderbyte, Equip, EMH, Plum, SpringVerify, etc.) and supports multi-tenant client delivery , intelligent automations, and real-time dashboards. You'll work at the heart of this platform evolving it into a more powerful, automated, and scalable technology backbone.

Role & responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and maintain Airtable bases, interfaces, and schema for multi-tenant enterprise workflows.
• Develop Airtable Apps and Scripting Blocks using JavaScript and the Airtable SDK.
• Create modular automation scripts and integrations via Airtable Automations, Webhooks, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with product and workfl ow designers to translate recruitment and HR logic into scalable data models.

Data Modelling & Automation:

• Design normalized, scalable data structures within Airtable for complex business logic.
• Implement cross-base synchronization, linked record hierarchies , and computed fi eld logic.
• Automate data flows between Airtable and external systems using REST APIs, Make/Zapier, or custom middleware .
• Optimize system performance for scale

Governance & Documentation:

• Maintain documentation for schema, API endpoints, and automation logic.
• Conduct code reviews, manage version control, and enforce engineering best practices within Airtable environments.
• Participate in system QA, performance monitoring, and release planning.

Preferred candidate profile:

• 2-5 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Airtable-based solutions .
• Deep understanding of Airtable architecture, data modelling, and automation best practices
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES6+) and Airtable Scripting / Custom Apps .
• Experience with REST APIs , Webhooks, and integration tools (Make, Zapier, or custom connectors).
• Understanding of relational database principles and normalization in no-code/low-code environments.
• Familiarity with versioning (Git), debugging, and scalable deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills comfortable translating abstract logic into modular systems.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Node.js or Python for integration services.
• Background in Recruitment, HRTech, or Workfl ow Automation Platforms .
• Prior experience building multi-tenant Airtable systems or admin dashboards .
• Awareness of data security and access control in shared SaaS environments.
