Job Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Airport Ticketing Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly service to our customers at the airport. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them with check-in and baggage drop-off
Process ticket reservations and issue boarding passes
Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and company policies
Assist passengers with special needs or requests
Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures
Collaborate with other airport staff and airline personnel to ensure smooth operations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or ticketing preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
