We provide a range of services including ticketing, ground handling, and cargo handling for various airlines operating in and out of Nagpur. Job Overview: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ticketing Staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and company policies
Handle cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely flight operations
Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
Adhere to all company and industry safety regulations and protocols
Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
Keep the ticketing counter and surrounding areas clean and organized Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficient in using computer systems and software
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
