Airport Representative

As a Guest Experience Expert at Marriott International, your role goes beyond simply facilitating check-in and check-out processes. Your main responsibility is to create a memorable and unique experience for every guest throughout their stay. You will have the autonomy to provide a wide range of services and ensure that guests feel welcomed and valued. This includes handling operational tasks, fulfilling guest requests, preparing reports, sharing local highlights, and assisting with vehicle loading, luggage transportation, and bell services. To excel in this role, it is crucial that you prioritize creating a safe work environment, adhere to company policies, maintain confidentiality, safeguard company assets, uphold quality standards, and present yourself professionally at all times. Expect to be physically active, moving around the property, and actively engaging with guests. Your duties may involve standing, sitting, walking, navigating various spaces, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently or 100 pounds with assistance. In terms of qualifications, the preferred requirements for this position include a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. While prior work experience is not mandatory, possessing supervisory experience or specific certifications is not a prerequisite.
