We are currently seeking dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. This is a full-time position with great opportunities for growth and development within the company. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing excellent customer service
Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
Handle any inquiries or issues from passengers in a professional and timely manner
Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from the aircraft
Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and their belongings
Collaborate with other airport staff, including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew, to ensure smooth operations
Handle and resolve any flight delays or cancellations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all safety and security procedures at all times
Assist with any other duties as assigned by airport management Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Knowledge of a foreign language is a plus
