Key Responsibilities(Air Ticketing):
1. Understand the client requirement, coordinate with them and issue the best airfares2. Search and compare airfares using GDS systems3. Book, block, and issue domestic and international air tickets4. Reconfirm bookings, handle cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary changes5. Coordinate with airlines for fare rules, flight schedules, and special service requests(SSRs)6. Assist clients via calls and emails, providing fare options, ticketing support, and traveladvice7. Ensure accuracy in passenger details and ticketing documentation8. Maintain updated records of all bookings and transactions9. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless travelplanning
