Air Ticketing Executive

As a Ticketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to book tickets through GDS software and other available portals. You will be required to liaise with all airlines to secure the best-negotiated fares for our tours and clients. In addition, you will be responsible for resolving issues related to airline tickets, such as booking problems, cancellations, and issuing additional tickets. Your role will also involve analyzing the air tour budget and ensuring that fares are lower than the budget to maximize profits. Scheduling flights based on customer needs and available flights will be a crucial part of your job. You will be expected to communicate with customers to address questions about tickets, pricing, and flight schedules. Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records accurately is essential. You will also need to explain applicable fees and taxes for each ticket and assist clients with travel-related queries. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international ticketing, along with a Bachelor's or Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or a related field. Proficiency in Excel is required for this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule. The expected start date for this role is 15/02/2025, and the work location is in person.
