Have the complete understanding of GDS Software, Galileo or Amadeus Ready to work in flexible hours Ability to provide Client Support Maintaining accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and travel documents. Handling payments and refunds related to flight bookings. Helping passengers with baggage check-in, seat selection, and boarding procedures. Working with customer service, sales, and operations teams to coordinate bookings and resolve issues. Ensuring accuracy in data entry, ticket issuance, and customer information. Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively. Addressing customer inquiries, resolving ticketing issues, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.
