Handling payments and refunds related to flight bookings. Helping passengers with baggage check-in, seat selection, and boarding procedures. Working with customer service, sales, and operations teams to coordinate bookings and resolve issues. Ensuring accuracy in data entry, ticket issuance, and customer information. Managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
