Air Operations Specialist

You are a skilled and experienced Import Air Operations Specialist looking to join our team in Chennai. With a minimum of 3+ years of comprehensive knowledge and experience in Dubai exports, you excel in drafting and processing bills of entry, executing airway bills, booking with airlines, coordinating with customers, and arranging transportation for import and export of goods. Your responsibilities will include handling the drafting and processing of bills of entry in Dubai trade, drafting and executing airway bills, managing appointments in Calogi software, coordinating with airlines for bookings, communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met, and arranging transportation for the import and export of goods. Additionally, you will be expected to perform any other duties assigned by the leadership. To excel in this role, you must have proven experience in import air operations related to Dubai exports, a strong understanding of Dubai trade regulations and procedures, proficiency in using Calogi software and the Emirates portal, excellent communication and coordination skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.,
