Our freight forwarding client is an MNC which is more than 150 years old having their headquarters in Germany & their Mumbai office is located at Andheri East. They are looking out for Sales / Business Development staff for various locations as part of their expansion plans in India who have Sales & Business Development work experience in freight forwarding industry.Operating in the dynamic international logistics & supply chain sector, our client delivers end-to-end air cargo solutions for exporters and importers across industries. With a nationwide network, the company accelerates time-critical shipments and optimizes freight costs for Indian businesses.

Role & Responsibilities

Helping in B2B sales for air & ocean export and import products from prospecting to closure.
Identify and qualify shippers through market research, cold calls, and field visits, building good opportunity pipeline.
Prepare competitive quotes and craft customer-centric proposals that maximize gross margin.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution, on-time uplift, and post-sales satisfaction.

Experience

3 years’ experience primarily in B2B air & ocean freight sales & should be only from freight forwarding company
Should have network of exporters, importers, and consolidators for generating business through air & ocean freight
If the candidate is having good relevant B2B Air & Ocean sales experience residing in Mumbai, the company is open for higher salary
