Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced Air-conditioning and Design Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing HVAC systems, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Design and develop air-conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Conduct load calculations to determine system requirements and specifications.
Prepare detailed design documentation including schematics and installation manuals.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure design feasibility and compliance with regulations.
Select appropriate equipment and materials based on project specifications and budget.
Perform site surveys and assessments to evaluate installation requirements and constraints.
Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and commissioning phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to air-conditioning systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5-12 years of experience in air-conditioning system design and implementation.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for designing HVAC systems.
Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles.
Familiarity with HVAC design codes and standards in India.
Experience with energy modeling and sustainability practices in HVAC design.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
