About the Role:

AIOps Engineer / DevOps


Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Stability Management

  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure and DevOps workflows daily to ensure system stability.
  • Analyze logs, error messages, and alerts to proactively detect and address potential threats.
  • Plan and execute emergency drills, identify vulnerabilities, and prepare for critical incidents.

Rapid Incident Response

  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotations to respond to outages and critical system issues.
  • Follow structured incident response protocols to ensure minimal downtime and quick recovery.
  • Build and deploy automated tools to detect, mitigate, and resolve incidents efficiently.

Continuous Improvement and Reporting

  • Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and efficiency across infrastructure.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities by eliminating idle resources and optimizing usage.
  • Develop and execute threat mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate system status, incident reports, and optimizations to stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews, document learnings, and implement preventative measures.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a DevOps, AIOps, or System Engineering role.
  • Hands-on experience with

    AIOps tools

    such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Zabbix.
  • Experience with managing

    cloud infrastructure

    (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong understanding of

    Kubernetes

    , Helm, and kubectl.
  • Proficient in scripting with

    Python

    and

    Bash

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

    tools such as

    Ansible

    and

    Terraform

    .
  • Skilled in

    incident management

    , troubleshooting, and system optimization.
  • Experience with

    CI/CD pipelines

    (e.g., Jenkins).
  • Understanding of

    security best practices

    , vulnerability management, and disaster recovery planning.
  • Excellent

    analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong

    communication skills

    , with the ability to translate complex technical details to various stakeholders.
  • Able to work
