Job Description

Total Experience: 6-12 Years Only

Job Summary:

AIOps Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AIOps solutions for RFPs and enterprise environments.
Integrate AIOps tools with existing infrastructure and monitoring systems.
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
Develop predictive models and self-healing mechanisms.
Implement event correlation and anomaly detection frameworks.
Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Stay updated with AIOps trends and continuously improve existing systems.

Required Skills:

8+ years in IT operations, with 5+ years in AIOps or related domains.
Hands-on experience with observability tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Splunk.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
Familiarity with AIOps platforms: Splunk ITSI, Moog soft, Big Panda.
Proficiency in event correlation, anomaly detection, and self-healing automation.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
