Description
Job Title: AI/ML – Sr. Software Engineer Key Responsibilities Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing AI/ML pipelines and services. Develop and deploy Azure Functions and Durable Functions for serverless applications. Integrate and utilize Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Services. Implement and optimize Azure AI Search solutions. Build, secure, and deploy APIs using Python and FastAPI framework. Apply best practices in Prompt Engineering to enhance LLM interactions. Work with Azure OpenAI embedding models, completion models, and Cohere APIs. Integrate OCR and document extraction solutions using Azure AI Document Intelligence and open-source models. Collaborate closely with DevOps teams to ensure robust CI/CD pipelines via Azure DevOps. Future-Focused Initiatives Develop and orchestrate intelligent agentic workflows using LangGraph, Autogen, and LlamaIndex. Define, track, and analyze Evaluation Metrics for AI models and contribute to LLMOps for operational excellence. Explore and build solutions using open-source and multimodal AI models (e.g., CLIP, GPT-4 Vision). Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for domain-specific applications in both representational and generative contexts. Required Skills & Experience Strong programming expertise in Python. Solid hands-on experience with Azure Functions, Durable Functions, Azure ML, Azure AI Services, and Azure AI Search. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps for CI/CD practices. Practical experience with FastAPI for creating robust APIs. Understanding of LLM fundamentals and working with Azure OpenAI and Cohere platforms. Strong grasp of Prompt Engineering techniques. Exposure to Document Intelligence platforms and OCR/Extraction pipelines. Preferred/Bonus Skills Hands-on experience with LangGraph, Autogen, or LlamaIndex. Familiarity with LLMOps frameworks and tools for monitoring and evaluation. Understanding of Multimodal AI concepts and applications (CLIP, GPT-4 Vision). Experience with fine-tuning LLMs for custom tasks and domain adaptation.
