AI/ML-Project Lead

As the AI Lead / Head of AI Strategy, your role will involve managing the overall AI strategy to ensure that AI solutions align with business objectives and client needs. You will lead the AI team, coordinate with business stakeholders, and prioritize projects effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI initiatives. - Ensure AI solutions align with business goals and client needs. - Communicate AI opportunities to senior stakeholders and clients. - Lead and manage the AI team's day-to-day operations. **Qualifications Required:** - 7+ years of experience in AI leadership roles. - Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven experience in managing AI projects from ideation to deployment. In addition, you should possess behavioral skills such as helping to build a highly reliable, efficient, and scalable back end to support Group Ecosystem applications, setting up a monitoring platform for logging and reporting internal bugs, knowledge of Distributed Systems, experience in As-Is analysis, providing implementation roadmap creation, recommendations for application and system performance, and knowledge of Agile and Lean Practices. Please note that a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution and 7-10 years of IT experience are required for this role.,
