Job Description

Role Overview: As a Data Science Team Lead at our organization, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of data scientists, plan data projects, build analytic systems, and manage a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. Your role also includes participating in pre-sales activities and developing proposals. Leveraging your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, data mining, and information retrieval, you will be instrumental in designing, prototyping, and building the next-generation analytics engines and services. Key Responsibilities: - Lead data mining and collection procedures - Ensure data quality and integrity - Interpret and analyze data problems - Conceive, plan, and prioritize data projects - Build analytic systems and predictive models - Test the performance of data-driven products - Visualize data and create reports - Align data projects with organizational goals - Understand business problems and design end-to-end analytics use cases - Develop complex models and algorithms to drive innovation - Conduct advanced statistical analysis for actionable insights - Collaborate with model developers to implement scalable solutions - Provide thought leadership by researching best practices Qualifications Required: - 8-15 years of experience in a statistical and/or data science role - Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role - Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field - Deep knowledge and experience in Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI - Strong knowledge of machine learning, statistics, optimization, or related fields - Experience in Linear and non-Linear Regression models, Classification models, and Unsupervised models - Rich experience in NLP techniques - Experience in Deep Learning techniques like CNN, RNN, GAN, and Markov - Real-time experience with at least one of the machine language software like R, Python, Matlab - Good knowledge in Explainable AI - Experience working with large datasets, simulation/optimization, and distributed computing tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and leadership skills - Desire to work in cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment - Additional advantage of experience in semi, unstructured databases Optional Qualifications: - Programming skills in languages like C, C++, Java, or .Net (Optional),
