Our client, a leader in the 𝗕𝗣𝗢/𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻, is looking for a 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗜/𝗠𝗟 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿.

This role goes beyond data visualization - it’s about 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗜 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘀 to match dynamic business needs.

You’ll be working on projects like 𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝘁𝗼-𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵 and 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝘁𝗼-𝘁𝗲𝘅𝘁 systems, optimized for multiple regional languages, enabling real-time AI-driven interactions at scale.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Fine-tune LLMs using prompt tuning, LoRA, PEFT, etc.

• Build pipelines from applications to LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, local models)

• Design prompts for accurate, consistent, and context-aware responses

• Continuously improve models based on feedback and metrics

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deploy high-impact AI solutions

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴

• 4+ years of AI/ML engineering experience

• Strong track record with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning

• Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or Llama Index

• Python programming + API/deployment skills

• Experience in integrating LLMs into web or dialer applications

• Strong response evaluation skills (qualitative & quantitative)
