Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer with over 6 years of experience in Python programming and end-to-end machine learning development. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, document intelligence, and building scalable, production-ready AI systems.

This is a high-impact role where you will design and deploy intelligent systems that extract insights from content and documents for real-world business use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models using Python
• Build and fine-tune models for Business Entity Extraction and Document Insight Generation
• Apply Generative AI techniques for content summarization and generation
• Integrate and utilize LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT-4, GPT-4.1, Claude, etc.)
• Design RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Flask and FastAPI
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Azure Cloud
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support AI systems
• Improve model performance, scalability, and reliability in production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Write clear documentation for models, APIs, and workflows

Required Skills and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in Python-based AI/ML development
• Proficient in Generative AI, LLMs, embedding search, and NLP pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Flask, FastAPI, and API design
• Strong understanding of Docker, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid background in document processing, entity extraction, and NLP
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with LangChain, RAG pipelines, or vector databases
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Airflow, or MLflow
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM fine-tuning
• Exposure to GraphQL API development
