AI/ML Engineer

Strong hands-on experience in NLP and Conversational AI (LLMs, NLU, STT, TTS) with production deployments.

Proven experience building real-time voice assistants (latency-sensitive systems).

Hands-on NVIDIA GPU experience, including CUDA and optimization for inference.

Strong hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow (model training and deployment).

Expert-level Python and solid experience working in Linux environments.

Demonstrated experience with:

Intent classification, entity recognition, tokenization

Tool calling, agent-based architectures

Handling slang, accents, and dialects

Experience optimizing NLP models for noisy environments (background noise, fast-paced operations).

Experience integrating NLP systems with robotics or hardware-based systems.

Ability to design end-to-end voice interaction flows (simple commands → complex troubleshooting).
