AI/ML Engineer

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Min 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and deploy ML models (classification, anomaly detection, 

embedding) for compliance and agent workflows.

• Integrate models into microservice agents (FastAPI, containerized) as part of the 

Agentic layer.

• Collaborate with data engineers to build feature pipelines, vector stores 

(Chroma/Vector DB), and embedding systems.

• Work with rule-engine (hybrid deterministic + ML) to deliver explainable 

compliance decisions.

• Assist in monitoring model performance, drift, and build retraining pipelines.

• Contribute to design of knowledge/LLM agents (LangChain, LangGraph, 

Azure/GCP/AWS, LLMs) for regulatory summarization and decision support.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years ML/AI experience (Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow)

• Experience with MLOps: deployment, API integration, model monitoring

• Good understanding of feature engineering, embedding vectors, NLP/LLM basics

• Experience or strong interest in regulated-industry workflows (compliance, 

audit, traceability)

• Comfortable working with cloud services (Azure preferred)

• Strong communicator, able to work in a lean team

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience in pharma/medical/device or GxP environment

• Familiarity with explainable AI (LIME/SHAP), model governance
