Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and implement advanced generative AI models to generate insights from complex structured and unstructured data sets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy generative AI solutions that address business challenges.
• Fine-tune and build large language models (LLMs) and other generative AI models.
• Lead the integration of generative AI into business processes, ensuring seamless adoption and implementation.
• Conduct research to stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI and machine learning.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Develop white papers, blogs, and presentations to share knowledge and best practices within the organization and with clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on generative AI and large language models.
• 3+ years experience required in AI/ML
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
