About the Role

We are looking for talented AI/ML Engineers to build, train, and deploy high-performing machine learning and deep learning models for healthcare applications. You’ll collaborate with data engineers, developers, and clinical experts to bring intelligent automation and predictive capabilities into our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and fine-tune ML models for healthcare use cases (diagnosis, NLP summarization, chatbots).
Handle structured/unstructured healthcare data with precision and accuracy.
Deploy models using containerization and MLOps frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes).
Monitor model performance, manage drift, and execute retraining cycles.
Implement bias testing, explainability (XAI), and accuracy validation for transparency.
Work with backend and frontend teams for seamless integration.

Objectives / KPIs

Achieve ≥90% F1 score or <5% error in NLP outputs.
Deliver production-ready models within sprint cycles (2–4 weeks).
Maintain inference latency <200ms for real-time AI systems.
Ensure high-quality documentation and reproducibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
2+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or computer vision.
Strong coding skills in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and MLOps tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹518,039.82 - ₹1,591,993.32 per year
