AI/ML Engineer (4+ Years)

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team in Rajkot. You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and optimizing multi-agent AI systems using CrewAI, LangChain, and other modern frameworks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-agent AI systems using CrewAI and LangChain for intelligent task collaboration and automation.
• Develop and fine-tune LLM-based and RAG-powered chatbots with contextual reasoning and dynamic response generation.
• Build and optimize autonomous AI agents capable of decision-making, task coordination, and real-time communication.
• Conduct A/B testing and performance evaluation to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Create dashboards and monitoring tools to visualize agent performance, KPIs, and system health.
• Integrate and deploy AI solutions leveraging APIs, external data sources, and cloud infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams while driving research and innovation in multi-agent systems, LLMs, and RAG frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI development or multi-agent systems.
• Practical experience with CrewAI and LangChain tools.
• Proven track record in end-to-end chatbot development (Agentic & RAG-based).
• Experience deploying LLM-based applications in production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with exposure to TensorFlow/PyTorch.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with international clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Cursor, MCP, or logistics optimization systems will be plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
