Job Description:

We are seeking an innovative AI/ML Engineer to build a cutting-edge disease prediction model and AI-powered wellness recommendation system. This role will allow you to work on real-world healthcare challenges by leveraging data science, deep learning, and predictive analytics to transform patient care and preventive wellness programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop Disease Prediction Models: Create AI-driven models using patient medical history, lifestyle data, and genetics.
Design Wellness Recommendation Systems: Build and optimize an AI-powered personalized recommendation engine.
Data Preprocessing & Analysis: Work with structured and unstructured healthcare data, including EHR, wearable sensor data, and medical records.
Implement Advanced Models: Apply ML and deep learning techniques such as XGBoost, LSTM, and Transformers for diagnostic accuracy.
Cloud Deployment: Ensure model scalability and deploy on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Collaboration & Explainability: Partner with healthcare professionals and data scientists to improve model interpretability.
Compliance: Maintain adherence to HIPAA and GDPR standards for data privacy and security.

Required Skills & Expertise:

Programming: Proficient in Python experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Machine Learning: Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, as well as feature engineering.
Deep Learning: Hands-on experience with CNN, LSTM, and attention models, especially in processing medical images or text.
Healthcare Data Handling: Familiar with electronic health records (EHR), wearable device data, and HL7/FHIR standards.
Cloud Technologies: Experience deploying models using AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform.
Data Visualization: Skills in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
