Job Summary

Detailed JD: We are currently seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer who will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to develop and deploy AI/ML powered features and tools that help generate new business, reduce significant costs to increase margin, and optimize employee experiences that ultimately drive business outcomes. As part of our team, you'll work with cutting edge AI/ML technologies and be at the forefront of the latest advancements in the field. Location-Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Pune Experiecne-5+ Yrs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, or a related field 5+ years of dedicated AI/ML and NLP experience Demonstrated expertise in designing and creating AI/ML models for ranking and recommendation systems, encompassing traditional machine learning, collaborative/content-based recommendation methods, as well as cutting-edge deep learning algorithms, reinforcement learning, and bandit techniques Experience with Graph-based algorithms and infrastructure Demonstrated history as a machine learning engineer or a similar role Exceptional communication and collaboration aptitudes An innovative mindset with a fervor for continuous skill development Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities Profound mathematical and computational proficiency, including a deep grasp of probability, statistics, and algorithms Comprehensive expertise in machine learning frameworks, such as Tensorflow, Keras or PyTorch Familiarity with data structures, data modeling, and software architecture Proficient coding skills (Python, Java, C#, etc.), MLOps tools, Elastic Search Substantial experience in leveraging cloud-native solutions (AWS/Azure) for ML model implementation Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing techniques (tokenization, entity extraction, BERT and GPT language models, etc.)
