You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions.The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Major sub deals include AHO(Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent AutomationBuild market driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems to be solved, user and buyer personas, creating effective requirements, and developing strategic go-to-market strategies for product or Platform introduction. Manage the series of changes a software product goes through, from its design and development to its ultimate retirement or disposal.
What are we looking for?
You will lead the integration function for platform deployments, owning end-to-end strategy and delivery of API-led, connector-based and data integration between client digital cores (ERP/CRM/Data Lake) and the platform. You will blend deep functional knowledge (process models, KPIs, controls) with strong technical leadership (reference architectures, security, compliance) to land configuration-over-customization integrations at scale. The role orchestrates Integration Leads/SMEs, ETL engineers and SI partners, and partners closely with Product Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Platform Configuration, Run Support and Customer Success.Standardized Integration Blueprint:Establish and govern reference patterns (APIs, events, ETL, streaming) and mapping to functional/process models for at least 3 priority domains (e.g., O2C, P2P, Collections).
