Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead AI/ML Architect Engineer to design, build, and scale AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end model development, architecture planning, deployment, and optimization while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in machine learning, cloud platforms, MLOps, and large-scale system design.Key ResponsibilitiesAI/ML Architecture & Solution Design

• Architect scalable AI/ML systems, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
• Lead model development lifecycle from data ingestion to production deployment.
• Design feature pipelines, data workflows, and model training frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend best-fit tools, frameworks, and architecture patterns.

Model Development & Optimization

• Develop, train, test & optimize ML, DL, and NLP models using relevant frameworks.
• Work on LLM-based applications (GPT/Transformers), generative AI models & embeddings.
• Experiment with hyperparameter tuning, model compression, and performance optimization.
• Implement model monitoring, retraining, and versioning strategies.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Management

• Build automated data pipelines for ingestion, preprocessing, validation and storage.
• Work with large datasets, structured/unstructured data, vector databases.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams for scalable data infrastructure.

MLOps & Deployment

• Deploy ML models on cloud and edge environments using CI/CD and MLOps practices.
• Productionize models using Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, MLflow, Kubeflow etc.
• Set up monitoring dashboards for model performance and drift detection.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, mentor and guide AI/ML engineers and data scientists.
• Work closely with product, cloud, and software teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Drive innovation, POCs, and research initiatives.

Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on latest advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, RAG, CV, and NLP.
• Implement emerging technologies for competitive business solutions.
• Contribute to patents, research papers, and internal knowledge development.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong proficiency in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-Learn
• Programming: Python (Must), Java/Go/C++ (Good to have)
• Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Experience in LLM Fine-tuning, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs (FAISS, Pinecone etc.)
• Expertise in MLOps tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes
• Knowledge of big data ecosystems: Spark, Hadoop, Databricks
• Experience with API development, microservices, REST/GraphQL
• Solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms & System Design
