Job Description: AI & Machine Learning Faculty (Curriculum Developer & Instructor) Location: Indusfly Technologies Private Limited, Noida, UP Department: Computer Science / Artificial Intelligence & Data Science Employment Type: Full-Time 1. Role Overview We are seeking a highly competent and forward-thinking Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Faculty to lead the design, development, and delivery of an industry-oriented AI/ML academic program for undergraduate and postgraduate students. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Curriculum Design & Development Design a comprehensive AI & Machine Learning Foundation Program. Develop lesson plans, labs, assignments, projects, and assessments. ¢ Align curriculum with industry trends and academic standards. B. Classroom Teaching & Mentorship ¢ Deliver lectures, labs, and workshops. ¢ Mentor students in projects, research, and portfolio building. C. Research & Innovation ¢ Encourage research, hackathons, and publications. ¢ Collaborate on applied research projects. D. Academic Administration ¢ Participate in academic planning and reviews. ¢ Maintain records and submit reports. 3. Required Qualifications ¢ B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc / MCA in relevant fields. ¢ PhD preferred but not mandatory. ¢ 5-8 years of teaching or industry experience. 4. Technical Skills ¢ Python, NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn ¢ ML algorithms, model evaluation ¢ TensorFlow / PyTorch (basic) ¢ Data visualization tools ¢ Deployment basics (Flask/FastAPI/Streamlit preferred) 5. Soft Skills ¢ Excellent communication and mentoring ability ¢ Strong academic mindset ¢ Passion for teaching and learning 6. Preferred Certifications ¢ Google, IBM, AWS, Azure AI/ML certifications
