About the company

This role blends 3D architectural visualization with AI-powered workflow design. You will shape how Finemake’s design and visualization teams work, building systems that make renders faster, communication clearer, and creative output stronger. The work spans hands-on 3D visualization, process mapping, prototyping AI tools, and building the next generation of design workflows.

Key Responsibilities

* Map Finemake’s end-to-end visualization pipeline (SketchUp modeling, materials, lighting, Enscape rendering, QC) and identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency.

* Design and prototype AI-integrated workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Krea, ComfyUI, Runway, Blender, Unreal, Make.com, and n8n.

* Collaborate with 3D artists, interior designers, production teams, and developers to deploy automation and human-in-the-loop systems.

* Document successful workflows into playbooks, diagrams, templates, and SOPs for internal use.

* Train creative and technical teams on responsible and efficient use of AI tools.

* Research emerging AI models, visualization tools, and automation techniques relevant to modular design, rendering, and client presentation.

* Work with leadership to convert R&D breakthroughs into client-facing tools such as AI-assisted design previews or rapid-render engines.

What We’re Looking For

* Strong practical understanding of 3D visualization workflows: SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape, Unreal, or similar.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as Midjourney, Krea, ComfyUI, ControlNet, Runway, etc.

* Ability to integrate tools using APIs, Make.com, n8n, or Python scripts.

* A mindset that enjoys experimentation, iteration, and clean documentation.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to visualize complex processes clearly.

Bonus Skills

* Scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, Grasshopper).

* Background in workflow automation, design systems, or creative operations.

* Portfolio demonstrating AI-assisted visualization or workflow-driven design projects.
