AI Video Localization Intern (English & Hindi)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented AI Video Localization Intern to support our team in adapting fictional Chinese video content into English and Hindi. You will work with AI tools such as Voozo and Vmake for automated translation and dubbing, while learning how to refine, contextualize, and improve the output for professional use. This internship also offers hands-on exposure to basic video editing, ensuring dialogues, audio, and visuals are synchronized.

Key Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated English and Hindi dialogues and refine them for:
• Lip-sync accuracy with video.
• Cultural and contextual relevance.
• Grammatical correctness in both English and Hindi.
• Replace Chinese names of persons, places, and institutions with appropriate English equivalents (as per project guidelines).
• Help ensure localized dialogues preserve the tone, emotion, and storyline of the original.
• Perform basic video editing tasks, such as syncing audio with video, trimming clips, and correcting dubbing alignment.
• Assist the production and quality team with content reviews and final checks.
• Learn and effectively use AI-based video tools (Voozo, Vmake, Descript, Kapwing, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong command of English and Hindi (verbal & written).
• Interest in creative writing / script editing.
• Basic knowledge of video editing (audio sync, trimming, overlays).
• Willingness to learn AI-based dubbing and localization tools.
• Good attention to detail with a keen interest in storytelling.
• A basic understanding of the Chinese language is a plus, but not required.

Preferred Background

• Students or fresh graduates from media, communications, film, or language studies.
• Familiarity with simple editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or online editors like Kapwing).
• Prior exposure to dubbing, subtitling, or translation projects (academic or freelance) is a bonus.
