About the Role

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator & Editor with 0–3 years of experience who can blend traditional video editing with modern AI tools. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit videos using standard video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• Use AI tools to create or enhance video content (AI avatars, AI-generated clips, AI voiceovers, motion graphics, image-to-video, etc.)
• Trim, cut, arrange clips, add captions, transitions, and sound effects.
• Add subtitles, motion graphics, text overlays, and basic animations.
• Work on short-form content (Reels, TikTok videos, Shorts) and long-form content (YouTube videos, tutorials).
• Optimize videos for different platforms (aspect ratios, resolution, hooks, subtitles).
• Collaborate with marketing/creative teams to understand the content requirements and deliver videos that match brand style.
• Stay updated on the latest AI tools and editing trends to improve video quality and workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in video editing or content creation.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut / DaVinci).
• Familiarity with AI-based editing tools (Runway, Pika, Reels AI tools, AI voice generators, image-to-video tools, etc.) — willingness to learn is a must.
• Strong understanding of video pacing, transitions, audio syncing, color basics, and storytelling.
• Ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of aesthetics.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic experience in Photoshop/Canva for thumbnail or social post creation.
• Understanding of social media trends and “hook-based” editing style.
• Motion graphics knowledge (After Effects or AI-based motion tools).

Education

• No strict education requirement — portfolio and creativity matter most.
• Diploma / Certification in Video Editing, Multimedia, Mass Communication, or related fields is a plus.
