The AI Trainer will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining datasets; evaluating model outputs; and providing high-quality feedback that enhances AI performance, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Preparation & Annotation:
• Create, label, and curate datasets for machine learning training.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance to project goals.
• Clean and structure unprocessed data from multiple sources.
• Model Evaluation & Feedback:
• Review and assess AI-generated outputs (e.g., text, images, speech).
• Provide detailed, constructive feedback to guide model improvements.
• Identify errors, biases, and inconsistencies in AI responses.
• Quality Assurance:
• Apply linguistic, cultural, and domain-specific knowledge to ensure AI aligns with human standards.
• Develop and follow evaluation metrics for performance tracking.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to test updates and report performance results.
• Knowledge Development:
• Stay informed on AI trends, ethical guidelines, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute to the development of AI training guidelines and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analysis, Data Management or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot nuanced errors in AI output.
• Familiarity with AI, NLP, or machine learning concepts (experience with labelling tools or QA systems is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI or data annotation platforms
• Multilingual proficiency or subject-matter expertise in specialized domains (e.g., legal, medical, technical content).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
