AI Trainer

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Tools Trainer to facilitate in- person workshops for 15-20 senior-level managers at a client. The trainer will deliver hands-on training on essential AI tools, tailored to industry-specific applications such as generating new product ideas, analyzing market trends, creating marketing materials, and performing basic data analysis. This role requires managing the entire workshop solo, ensuring engaging, practical sessions that build confidence among novices, including leadership team members.

• Education and Certification

  : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, or a related field. Certification in AI tools (e.g., from Microsoft, OpenAI, or similar) and corporate training (e.g., Certified Technical Trainer).

• Experience

  : 3+ years in delivering AI-focused workshops, preferably for corporate clients. Proven ability to handle solo facilitation for groups of 15-20.

• Technical Skills

  : Proficiency in AI tools including ChatGPT, Copilot (Microsoft 365), Canva AI, Grok, Claude, and Perplexity Pro. Strong knowledge of integrations (e.g., combining research with data analysis) and applications like Excel for basic analytics, and powerpoint for creating presentations.

• Soft Skills

  : Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with an engaging, approachable style suitable for novices. Strong problem-solving for technical glitches and adaptability to manage workload independently.
