UX Designer For a Fintech SaaS Product

About the Role

We are building cutting-edge fintech products for NBFCs and banks. The platform integrates workflows, playbooks, ML insights, and regulatory alignment across Credit, Risk, Collections, and Compliance functions.

As our UX Designer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the user experience is intuitive, consistent, and tailored to multiple user personas from Credit Officers and Field Agents to CXOs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design seamless, role-based user experiences for:
• Credit, Risk, Collections, and Compliance Teams
• Field Agents (mobile-first UI)
• CXO Dashboards and Workflow Engines
• Translate SOPs and Playbooks into visual UX journeys and screen flows
• Create wireframes, user flows, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct user research and incorporate feedback from real NBFC users
• Work closely with Product Manager, Full Stack Developers, and BA
• Ensure responsive UI and performance-first design thinking
• Maintain UX consistency across desktop and mobile views

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree

  in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or UX/UI Design, (Alternatively, a degree in Computer Science with strong UX portfolio is also acceptable)

• 2 to 6 years

  of experience designing enterprise or workflow-driven software platforms
• A strong

  portfolio of UX design work

• Certifications in

  Design Thinking

  Interaction Design

  are a plus
• Understanding of

  HTML/CSS basics

  or experience working with

  front-end developers

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of experience in UX design (preferably B2B SaaS or fintech platforms)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Experience designing workflow-heavy applications or CRM-style interfaces
• Strong understanding of information architecture, modular design, and layout
• Experience collaborating with product and development teams in agile mode

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in lending, collections, or BFSI domain
• Knowledge of Indian NBFC/ Banking user journeys, especially post-disbursement workflows
• Basic UI development exposure (React, Bootstrap, Tailwind) for handoff support
