AI Trainer and L&D Consultant

Role Overview: As an AI Trainer and L&D Consultant at OT-Marketplace, your primary role will be to develop and deliver training programs while leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences. You will have the opportunity to provide consultation to clients on their L&D strategies and collaborate with internal teams to improve L&D processes. This full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru offers some work-from-home options. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements - Design curriculum and training programs incorporating AI tools - Facilitate training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance L&D processes - Provide consultation to clients on their L&D strategies Qualifications: - Strong knowledge across the AI Stack (generalist but tool agnostic) - Hands-on experience in implementing AI for solving business problems - Previous experience in corporate training - Proficiency in AI tools, Data Analysis, and Automated Workflows - Experience in Curriculum Design, Training Development, and Facilitation - Consulting skills, Needs Assessment, and Strategic Planning for L&D - Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage client relationships - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-learning Platforms,
