AI Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead design and solutioning of

  Generative AI use cases

  to enhance IT productivity.
• Work with

  Enterprise / Solution Architects, BA, and PO

  to translate requirements into solutions.
• Define

  technical specifications

  Data models, RESTful APIs, UI behavior, integration patterns.
• Drive full-stack development (Spring Boot / Python + React / Angular).
  
• Ensure scalable deployments with

  Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
  
• Explore optional AI capabilities

  MCP servers, autonomous agents

  .
• Support innovation, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.
  

Required Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of IT experience, with:
  
• Min. 3 years as Developer
  
• Min. 2 years as Technical Lead / Solution Architect
  
• Hands-on experience delivering at least 1

  AI-powered application

• Full-stack skills

  Java/Spring Boot or Python, React or Angular

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines

  .
• Good understanding of

  Generative AI concepts and integrations

  .
• Masters in Computer Science, AI, or equivalent.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  

Good to Have

• Azure AI certifications (Azure AI Engineer Associate or equivalent).
  
• Knowledge of MCP servers / autonomous AI agents.
