Job Description

Overview

AI Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and intelligent systems.
Architect and implement agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services.
Build and maintain robust APIs using REST or GraphQL, ensuring secure and scalable integrations.
Manage cloud-based AI infrastructure, particularly on
Google Cloud (Vertex AI)
or
Azure (Azure ML)
.
Design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale data processing and model training.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and drive innovation within the team.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices

Required Technical Skills:

Programming Languages:
Python (mandatory); Node.js, Java, or C++ (preferred).
AI/ML Frameworks:
PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
Agentic AI:
LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel.
API Development:
REST, GraphQL; OAuth, JWT; Swagger, Postman.
Cloud Platforms:
Google Cloud (Vertex AI), Azure (Azure ML); MLOps pipelines.
Data Handling:
Experience with large datasets, data pipelines, and preprocessing for model training.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
Proven track record of delivering AI solutions in production environments.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in leading technical teams and projects
